By commissioning me you agree to and understand the following:
- I maintain the right to decline any commission for any reason prior to payment.- I will send works in progress throughout the process. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes can be made and refunds are unavailable.- I own all artwork unless rights are paid for. I maintain the right to post my work in any form, unless you request that it is not.- You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after work is complete.
- You may use the commission for personal use, such as posting, printing, and editing. However, you are required to credit me for the work.- You may not use the commission for commercial use. You may not sell the commission art without my explicit permission and a cut of the profit.- You are to not remove my signature from the commissioned work.
